Hi, I’m Shikha Gupta — Senior UX Designer

I specialize in designing intuitive and impactful product discovery experiences for ecommerce and enterprise applications. Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked on complex user journeys across fintech, healthtech, and consumer tech—partnering with teams at U.S. Bank, Microsoft, Hero Health, UXD Technologies, HARMAN, and Copper Mobile.

From improving online conversion flows to simplifying enterprise dashboards, my experience spans UX/UI design, product strategy, design systems, user research, and prototyping. I’m equally comfortable leading solo design efforts or collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.

I enjoy solving problems where business goals and user needs intersect—translating ambiguity into clear, elegant design solutions.
